ONE CONNECTED SELLING SYSTEM

Publish. Sell. Operate.

Your website brings people in. Formuley keeps products, requests, orders and customer care together as your business grows.

01

Publish

A website for the products you make.

Give your products or lab services a home online. Choose the details customers see while your formulas stay private.

Commerce WebsitesCreate a branded destination connected to approved product and service records.

Publish finished goods, services, expertise, laboratory capabilities, or a hybrid in one customer-facing experience.

Catalog discoveryHelp shoppers find the right product, variant, collection, or bundle.

Search, sorting, availability, and price filters stay connected to the published catalog.

Beauty FactsShow approved ingredients, directions, warnings, claims, and product stories.

Share customer-ready product facts without exposing the private formula or internal evidence.

RequestsCollect briefs, quotes, samples, consultations, wholesale, or custom work.

Structured forms turn interest into a qualified request your team can review and continue in Formuley.

02

Sell

Take the order. Start the work.

Sell products through your website. For custom work, collect a brief, prepare a quote and accept eligible deposits.

Seller-owned checkoutAccept eligible payments in a branded checkout.

Live checkout opens after the seller completes Stripe onboarding and required store-readiness steps.

Orders and professional referencesProfessional order records for customers and sellers.

Customers receive a branded, non-sequential public reference. Sellers receive a familiar operational number beginning at 1001, plus searchable receipts, packing slips, payments, and status history.

Customers and verified reviewsSupport repeat customers and collect verified purchase feedback.

Accounts, order history, reordering, consent, and reviews stay connected. Verified reviews remain tied to purchases, and sellers control whether approved reviews appear publicly.

Cancellations, returns, and refundsHandle customer requests and refunds through a controlled workflow.

Return eligibility follows the published policy and fulfillment state. Partial or full refunds return through the original payment path, and unsuccessful attempts remain safe to retry.

03

Operate

Keep every order moving.

See what sold, what is in stock and what needs shipping. Keep customer messages, returns and payment records with the order.

Inventory and fulfillmentKnow what is available, reserved, packed, shipped, and delivered.

Track finished goods, locations, lots, expiry, balances, movements, packing slips, and tracking in one operating view.

Work queue and notificationsSee the orders and exceptions that need attention next.

Bring paid orders, customer requests, stock warnings, shipment exceptions, and readiness issues into one authorized queue.

Seller-branded correspondenceKeep customers and sellers informed in the store's approved identity.

Send itemized updates for orders, fulfillment, returns, refunds, requests, reviews, waitlists, and important exceptions in the seller's approved name, logo, and brand accent. Delivery health clearly distinguishes queued, provider accepted, delivered, delayed, bounced, complained, suppressed, and failed email.

Money, reconciliation, and exportsConnect each sale to its charges, fees, refunds, and records.

Review charges, Formuley application fees, refunds, matched records, and authorized operational exports together.

YOUR FASTEST PATH TO SELLING

One system, different outcomes

For your kind of
beauty business.

Sell your products, offer lab services or manage both.

Maker

Publish a beauty brand website.

Build a branded website, share approved products, and collect inquiries. Maker does not include live checkout.

Pro

Carry an approved product into selling.

Build a branded website and prepare checkout during the trial. Eligible paid Pro accounts can activate live checkout after Stripe onboarding and store-readiness checks, then manage orders, inventory, customers, reviews, returns, and repeat purchases.

Business

Coordinate brands, channels, locations, and teams.

Run a broader Commerce operation with additional websites and locations plus eligible wholesale, subscriptions, point of sale, and connected operating data.

Lab

Present laboratory capabilities and convert qualified demand.

Create a professional laboratory website, sell eligible finished goods, receive formulation and manufacturing requests, prepare quotes, collect eligible deposits, and connect accepted work to controlled client and production records.

Enterprise

Run Commerce across your organization.

Scope websites, locations, fee policy, permissions, identity controls, operating requirements, and supported integrations for the organization.

Fits the way you sell

Start here. Or connect
what’s already working.

One direct path from listing to reconciliation.

NATIVE COMMERCE

Formuley Commerce keeps websites, catalog, checkout, orders, inventory, fulfillment, customers, correspondence, returns, and money in the same Formuley account. It is the most connected path for a business starting fresh.

Keep an existing selling stack when the business needs it.

CONNECTED INTEGRATIONS

Teams retaining an existing commerce, shipping, or business system can use supported integrations when enabled for the plan, provider, and account. The approved product record can remain connected to the work behind each listing.

Payment, shipping, subscription, domain, and point-of-sale features are available when enabled for the account and region.

COMMERCE WEBSITES

Build a store, a laboratory website, or both.

A Formuley Commerce Website can sell finished goods, present laboratory capabilities, collect qualified requests, or combine those experiences under one brand while keeping each workflow properly separated.

01

Beauty brand storefront

Publish products, collections, bundles, subscriptions, policies, and brand stories. Eligible sellers can open checkout and manage orders, inventory, fulfillment, reviews, returns, and repeat customers.

02

Laboratory website

Publish formulation and manufacturing capabilities, specialties, certifications, services, minimums, lead-time guidance, sample programs, and controlled request forms without presenting the laboratory as a retail store.

03

Hybrid business

Sell finished goods and laboratory services from the same branded website. Keep retail orders separate from private formulation, manufacturing, quote, sample, or consultation requests.

04

Formuley address or custom domain

Start with a Formuley address, work in draft, or share a private no-index preview. Eligible plans can connect a domain the business owns before public launch.

05

From customer request to controlled laboratory handoff.

A laboratory can receive a structured brief, review the request, ask for clarification, prepare a quote, collect an eligible deposit, and move accepted work into the appropriate private client, product-launch, or production record. Finished-goods orders use the Commerce fulfillment workflow. Custom formulation and manufacturing requests use the laboratory request, quote, approval, and production-handoff workflow.

FAQ

Commerce, clearly.

Is Formuley Commerce only a website builder?+

No. The website is the customer-facing layer. Formuley Commerce also connects catalog, checkout, orders, inventory, fulfillment, customers, verified reviews, returns, correspondence, money, and reconciliation.

Can a Commerce Website be used for a laboratory instead of a retail store?+

Yes. A laboratory can publish capabilities, services, specialties, certifications, minimums, and lead-time guidance; collect briefs, quote requests, sample requests, consultations, and manufacturing inquiries; and sell eligible finished goods. Product orders and private client-development requests remain connected to their appropriate Formuley workflows.

Who can accept live payments?+

Eligible paid, non-trial sellers can accept live payments after completing Stripe onboarding, seller verification, required policies, store publication, inventory, and checkout-readiness requirements. Provider and regional availability apply.

Why do seller order numbers begin at 1001?+

Customers receive a branded, non-sequential public reference. Sellers receive a site-scoped operational number beginning at 1001 so the store has a familiar internal order sequence without exposing platform-wide order volume. Existing historical references remain searchable.

Does publishing expose my private formula?+

No. Only deliberately approved customer-facing information is published. Private formulas, supplier records, internal costs, testing evidence, release work, and private client context remain protected.

Can customers request cancellations or returns?+

Yes, when the seller has enabled and published the applicable rules. Eligibility is evaluated against the policy captured for the order, fulfillment state, requested quantity, and prior refund or return activity.

Are customer emails branded to my business?+

Yes. Commerce email can use the seller's approved display name, logo, and brand accent while using verified Formuley delivery infrastructure and restrained “Powered by Formuley” attribution.

Can laboratories collect formulation or manufacturing requests?+

Yes. Laboratories can collect structured briefs, manufacturing requests, sample requests, consultations, quote requests, and eligible deposits, then move accepted work into the appropriate controlled client, launch, or production record.

Can Formuley Commerce work beside an existing selling stack?+

Yes. Native Commerce is the most connected workflow. Supported commerce, shipping, or business integrations may be used when enabled for the plan, provider, and account.

What fees apply to Commerce orders?+

Eligible live orders use the Formuley application fee shown for the active plan. Payment-processing fees are separate. Enterprise limits and the Formuley application fee are set by contract.
