Is Formuley Commerce only a website builder?+
No. The website is the customer-facing layer. Formuley Commerce also connects catalog, checkout, orders, inventory, fulfillment, customers, verified reviews, returns, correspondence, money, and reconciliation.
Can a Commerce Website be used for a laboratory instead of a retail store?+
Yes. A laboratory can publish capabilities, services, specialties, certifications, minimums, and lead-time guidance; collect briefs, quote requests, sample requests, consultations, and manufacturing inquiries; and sell eligible finished goods. Product orders and private client-development requests remain connected to their appropriate Formuley workflows.
Who can accept live payments?+
Eligible paid, non-trial sellers can accept live payments after completing Stripe onboarding, seller verification, required policies, store publication, inventory, and checkout-readiness requirements. Provider and regional availability apply.
Why do seller order numbers begin at 1001?+
Customers receive a branded, non-sequential public reference. Sellers receive a site-scoped operational number beginning at 1001 so the store has a familiar internal order sequence without exposing platform-wide order volume. Existing historical references remain searchable.
Does publishing expose my private formula?+
No. Only deliberately approved customer-facing information is published. Private formulas, supplier records, internal costs, testing evidence, release work, and private client context remain protected.
Can customers request cancellations or returns?+
Yes, when the seller has enabled and published the applicable rules. Eligibility is evaluated against the policy captured for the order, fulfillment state, requested quantity, and prior refund or return activity.
Are customer emails branded to my business?+
Yes. Commerce email can use the seller's approved display name, logo, and brand accent while using verified Formuley delivery infrastructure and restrained “Powered by Formuley” attribution.
Can laboratories collect formulation or manufacturing requests?+
Yes. Laboratories can collect structured briefs, manufacturing requests, sample requests, consultations, quote requests, and eligible deposits, then move accepted work into the appropriate controlled client, launch, or production record.
Can Formuley Commerce work beside an existing selling stack?+
Yes. Native Commerce is the most connected workflow. Supported commerce, shipping, or business integrations may be used when enabled for the plan, provider, and account.
What fees apply to Commerce orders?+
Eligible live orders use the Formuley application fee shown for the active plan. Payment-processing fees are separate. Enterprise limits and the Formuley application fee are set by contract.
