Queued upload jobs were replayed after storage latency recovered, and no customer data was lost.

Webhook retries were delayed
Webhook deliveries backed up for about 22 minutes while an upstream network dependency recovered.
Retry workers drained the backlog automatically after connectivity stabilized.

Scheduled exports ran late
A subset of scheduled export jobs started later than expected during a deploy window.
Schedules were replayed and additional queue safeguards were added to reduce overlap risk.
