Which plans include Formuley Commerce?
Every plan can create a Commerce Website. Free includes one private or non-indexed preview. Maker includes one public product or brand website with inquiry capture, but no live checkout. A Pro trial uses simulated store checkout only; active paid Pro, Business, Lab, and contracted Enterprise accounts can qualify for live checkout.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Free needs no card and includes 2 formulas, 10 raw materials, 1 active batch, 3 calculators, Ask Formuley, Ask Ny in Making Mode, and basic INCI/compliance.
Which plans include Product Launch OS?
All tiers see the lifecycle. Maker adds guided launch files. Pro supports a real SKU. Business adds team and client work. Lab adds GMP and release. Enterprise adds governance and integrations.
What AI is included on each plan?
Ask Formuley is on every plan. Ask Ny is included with Making Mode. Pro and above add guided briefs, formula review, pre-batch checks, troubleshooting, and AI Deformulator.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Eligible Free accounts can choose a 14-day Pro trial. A card is required to start; you pay $0 today, then $49/month unless canceled before the first charge date shown at checkout. Labs, schools, suppliers, and enterprise teams can request an appropriate demo.
How does Education pricing work?
Education has public starting tiers on the education pricing page, with final billing, pilots, renewals, refunds, and add-on terms handled through the signed school agreement.
What is your refund policy?
Self-serve paid plans are generally non-refundable after purchase or renewal. Exceptions are limited to duplicate or incorrect charges, material service failure caused by Formuley, or refunds required by law. Enterprise and Education terms are contract-specific.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your existing data stays safe. If you are above your current plan limits, you can keep your records and continue working while creation follows your active plan limits.
Do you offer team pricing?
Yes. Business includes 5 total seats; additional seats are $29/month each. Lab includes 15 total seats; additional seats are $49/month each, with a sales-led lab workflow. Enterprise uses custom annual contracts.
How does Client Portal branding work?
Business includes a Formuley-branded Client Portal. Owners, teammates, and clients use the same verified organization access page. Formuley opens the internal Business workspace or client portal according to each person’s role. Staff can also use the main Business sign in if they do not have the organization link nearby. Business Portal Branding adds approved external branding while Powered by Formuley remains visible; a custom portal domain is separate. Lab includes a branded portal; Lab white-label identity is $149/month. Enterprise can remove Formuley branding by agreement.
Can labs add a private manufacturing portal?

What enterprise features are included?
Enterprise includes SCIM provisioning, hash-chain audit trails, admin dashboard, bulk operations API, BI export, Formula IP Protection, advanced security controls, and deployment options for dedicated or customer-managed infrastructure by agreement.
Do you offer on-prem or private cloud?
Yes. Enterprise can use a customer-managed Kubernetes package under a custom annual agreement. It needs paid implementation, a named customer IT owner, and clear support boundaries.
