Yes. Free includes 2 formulas, 10 raw materials, 1 active batch, 3 connected calculators, Ask Formuley, Ask Ny in Making Mode, and basic INCI/compliance visibility. Pro is where Formuley becomes the deeper launch system with privacy-first AI review, full costing, stability, stronger release workflows, and a public site.
Which plans include Product Launch OS?
Every tier sees the full Product Launch OS from brief to post-market quality. Maker keeps the flow guided and basic. Pro is where a solo brand can launch a real SKU. Business adds team, client, supplier, and approval operations. Lab adds GMP, release, dossier, finished-goods, and manufacturing depth. Enterprise adds governance, templates, policies, audit, SSO, API, and integration posture.
What AI is included on each plan?
Ask Formuley concierge is available on every plan. Ask Ny is included anywhere Making Mode is included. Pro and above unlock guided briefs, formula review, pre-batch checks, alternatives, troubleshooting, and AI Deformulator, with metadata-only logging and privacy-safe defaults for sensitive chemistry context.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Eligible self-serve accounts start with an automatic 14-day Pro trial and no card is required. If you subscribe during the trial, you keep the remaining trial days and billing starts when that trial ends. Ask Ny and Making Mode stay available anywhere those tiers already include them; the capped premium AI preview mainly expands the deeper Ask Formuley review workflows.
How does Education pricing work?
Education has public starting tiers on the education pricing page, with final billing, pilots, renewals, refunds, and add-on terms handled through the signed school agreement.
What is your refund policy?
Self-serve paid plans are generally non-refundable after purchase or renewal. Exceptions are limited to duplicate or incorrect charges, material service failure caused by Formuley, or refunds required by law. Enterprise and Education terms are contract-specific.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your existing data stays safe. If you are above your current plan limits, you can keep your records and continue working while creation follows your active plan limits.
Do you offer team pricing?
Yes. Business includes 5 seats with $29/seat monthly expansion. Lab includes 15 seats with $49/seat monthly expansion and uses a sales-led lab workflow. Enterprise uses custom annual contracts.
How does Client Portal branding work?
Business includes a Formuley-branded Client Portal with Powered by Formuley visible. Lab includes a branded Client Portal with custom logo, brand colors, and a personalized welcome page. Lab customers can add full white label for $149/mo, everything except custom domain. Enterprise includes a White Label Client Portal with your domain, your login page, branded COAs, branded emails, and Formuley branding removed entirely.
Can labs add a private manufacturing portal?
Private Manufacturing Portal add-on for Lab and Enterprise: client handoffs, document packs, production status, and audit share links stay private to the lab. Enterprise is the right fit when a team needs SSO, SCIM, custom permissions, API access, or deeper governance.
What enterprise features are included?
Enterprise includes SCIM provisioning, hash-chain audit trails, admin dashboard, bulk operations API, BI export, Formula IP Protection, and advanced security controls.
Is on-prem included with Enterprise?
Not by default. Enterprise starts with Formula IP Protection and can add a Formuley-managed dedicated deployment by agreement. Customer-managed private cloud or on-prem is a later beta path for large deals with paid implementation, a named customer IT owner, and a written infrastructure requirement.
What costs extra?
Extra seats, Lab white-label portal branding, Private Manufacturing Portal, custom domains, advanced integrations, and Enterprise implementation are priced separately. Core Product Launch OS visibility is included by tier.
