Using Marketplace Starter Formulas

Formula Templates Have Been Retired

Formuley no longer ships a separate in-app formula template library.

If you want a starting point:

• Browse Marketplace formulas at /community/formulas
• Use Starter Kits at /starter-kits for educational guidance
• Create a new formula from scratch at /formulas/new
• Import an external recipe at /formulas/import

Where Starter Formulas Live Now

Marketplace is now the main place to find beginner-ready formulas.

• Free and Maker can browse listings and save formulas to review later
• Pro and above can import Marketplace listings into My Formulas
• Premium Marketplace checkout is also available on Pro and above

Starter Kits Still Matter

Starter kits remain useful for:

• guides and walkthroughs
• shopping lists
• equipment planning
• setup checklists

They no longer create formula copies directly.

Recommended Workflow

1. Open /community/formulas and find a formula that matches the product type you want to study.
2. Review the ingredient structure, procedure, and notes.
3. Upgrade to Pro when you want to import Marketplace formulas into your working library.
4. Refine the imported draft inside Formuley for your own process and testing.
