What you will accomplish
Use the correct Formuley sign-in, recover an email-and-password account, manage the password shown for your sign-in method, and enable two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.
Before you start
- Use
/loginfor the standard Formuley sign-in. - If you received a Business, client, school, or partner invitation, begin with that exact invitation or organization access page so Formuley can open the right place after sign-in.
- Use the same email address that received the invitation or owns the account.
Sign in or recover a password
Enter the account email and password at /login, or use Continue with Google when that identity is already connected to the account.
For an email-and-password account, select Forgot?, enter the account email, and open the newest reset message. Set the new password on /reset-password. An expired or already-used reset link cannot be reused; request a fresh one from /forgot-password.
Formuley accepts only safe in-product return destinations. If a link tries to send you to an unrelated address, stop and restart from /login or the verified organization access page.
Add or change a password
Open Settings → Profile & access at /settings#profile-access. The security section shows the credential action supported by the account:
- Change Password for an account with an existing email password.
- Add a password when the account was created with a supported social sign-in and allows an email password to be added.
Follow the password requirements shown in the form and keep the password unique to Formuley.
Enable two-factor authentication
- In Profile & access, find Two-Factor Authentication.
- Select Enable 2FA or Set up 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app or enter the displayed secret manually.
- Enter the current six-digit code.
- Select Verify and Enable.
Owners and administrators may be required to finish 2FA before continuing to protected organization settings.
Check your work
- The signed-in email matches the intended account or invitation.
- A password reset used the newest email and returned to Formuley.
- The security section shows the expected password option for the connected identity.
- 2FA is enabled appears after a valid authenticator code.
- Protected organization actions ask for the required verification before continuing.
- Signing out removes access to authenticated records.
If something does not look right
- If no reset message arrives, confirm the email spelling and check the email provider’s filtered folders before requesting another link.
- If Google sign-in opens a different account, sign out of that browser profile and choose the email attached to Formuley.
- If the authenticator code fails, confirm the phone’s date and time are automatic and use the current code.
- If an invitation is not recognized after sign-in, return to the newest invitation for the exact organization.
- If you no longer control the account email or authenticator, contact Formuley support through
/contact.
