- Under What are you stuck on?, describe the specific question and the step you already tried.
- Choose Ask for help. Return to the same assignment to see the reply.
- Choose Mark resolved when the answer resolves your question.

Keep in mind
If the form is disabled, your school or instructor has turned off new requests; existing messages remain available.
