Steps
- Open the relevant class and assignment.
- Find the student's Ask your instructor thread and check whose question it is.
- Write the next step or clarification, then choose Reply.
- Reopen the thread to confirm the reply appears in the same assignment conversation.
Check it worked
The student can read the reply in that assignment.
Keep in mind
Turning off new questions does not prevent replies to existing threads.
