Private Manufacturing Portal · Lab + Enterprise add-on
Private Manufacturing Portal is an optional Lab and Enterprise add-on for controlled production handoff. It requires an active Lab or Enterprise plan and a separate contract. It is not included with Lab or the Client Portal. Starts at $799/mo. It is not bundled into the base Lab plan. Enterprise scope is custom.
Manufacturing setup and go-live
We configure manufacturing services, client intake, access rules, manufacturing roles, evidence requirements, production and QA handoff, audit policy, verification, and go-live. There is no universal setup fee.
Formula snapshots, packaging specs, document packs, production status, audit share links and access boundaries stay controlled for client-safe delivery.
Production records and product evidence
Keep GMP documentation, QA signatures, deviations and lot context tied to the correct formula version. Retained samples, CAPA and recall readiness support the work after release.
Source-specific documents, supplier specs, origin, density, assay, allergen and compatibility data stay connected. Claims, tests, labels, packaging BOMs, dossiers, finished goods and release proof can move from one product file.
Enterprise requirements
Formula IP Protection, Formuley-managed dedicated deployment, and customer-managed private cloud/on-prem review can be scoped by enterprise agreement when legal or IT policy requires it.
Enterprise options include Microsoft SSO, SCIM, advanced audit, QuickBooks/Xero handoff, dedicated account manager support, AI posture controls and deeper governance.

What is Formuley Lab?
Formuley Lab is cosmetic lab software for contract labs and manufacturers that need client work, controlled production, release, traceability, supplier evidence, and connected selling in one governed workflow.
Does Lab include client portals?
Yes. Lab includes a branded Client Portal with a custom logo, colors, and welcome page. Base Business includes a standard Formuley Client Portal; Business Portal Branding can add approved logo, colors, and welcome content while Powered by Formuley remains visible. A custom portal domain is separate. Enterprise can remove Formuley branding by agreement.
How does Lab support compliance and release?
Lab keeps formula versions, ingredient and market checks, claims, tests, labels, supporting evidence, human approvals, GMP records, and QA release context connected. Qualified professionals remain responsible for compliance and release decisions.
How does Lab pricing work?
Lab starts at $699/mo or $6,990/yr with 15 seats included. Extra seats are $49/seat/mo after. Lab white-label identity is $149/mo; custom domains are separate.

Can labs bring their ingredient library when switching to Formuley?
