Use Institution Home for school-wide setup status, quick links, and the current operating snapshot. Admin pages are scoped to the current institution and should not expose unrelated business workspaces.
Use Analytics to review active students, classes, cohorts, certificate counts, instructor coverage, and follow-up needs. Revenue reporting appears only after marketplace or portfolio sales are enabled for the school.
Use Students to add or invite learners, search by name, email, class, cohort, or instructor, and filter at-risk or archived records. Open a student row only when you need to edit the profile, change enrollment, or log follow-up.
Use Teachers / Instructors to invite staff, search by name, email, or assigned class, assign classes, and archive staff without deleting review history. Role labels are simplified for school operations.
Use Cohorts for intake groups and Classes for live teaching spaces. Class assignments determine teacher coverage and student roster access.
Use Assignments to publish prompts and Review Queue to monitor submitted work. Teachers keep review ownership unless an admin reassigns a submission.
Use Announcements for school-scoped class or cohort updates. Keep messages concise and avoid sharing private review details.
Use Portfolios for student-owned approved work and Certificates for credential administration. Credential evidence is export-safe and should not include full formulas, grades, or private instructor comments.
Use Branding and Education Defaults to control the school shell, visible student tools, and portal copy. Use AI Policy to keep AI as learning support while instructors remain the final reviewers.
School search is page-scoped. The broad Formuley command palette is disabled in school shells so students, teachers, and admins stay inside education-safe routes.
