Start with the school-specific sign-in link and the account assigned to you. Formuley Edu shows different tools to students, instructors, and school administrators, so a missing menu item is not always an error.
I cannot sign in
Check the email address and the sign-in link supplied by your school. Use Forgot? on the school sign-in page if you need to reset a password. Do not use someone else's account. If recovery does not return you to the correct school, contact your program administrator or support and include the school name and the page where you got stuck—never send your password.
I signed in, but I see the wrong school or role
Sign out and start again from the link your school gave you. If the issue remains, ask your school administrator to check your account's school membership and role. Do not move or recreate coursework to fix an access problem.
My class or assignment is missing
Students should check Classes and confirm they are enrolled in the intended class. Instructors should check Teaching → Classes and confirm the class is assigned to them. For a missing assignment, the instructor should check that it is published and that the student is in the correct class. A draft assignment is not a student task.
I saved a formula, but my instructor cannot review it
Open the assignment and check that the formula is linked there. Saving a formula does not submit the assignment. Add the required notes and select Submit Work from the assignment when it is ready. If you already submitted, tell your instructor which assignment you used rather than creating a duplicate.
I cannot submit or resubmit
Read the message beside the action: a due-date rule, class status, required notes, or another assignment condition may be stopping it. If you received a revision request, return to that same assignment after updating the linked work. Ask your instructor for guidance if the page does not explain the block.
AI coaching or “Ask your instructor” is unavailable
Your school can turn off new student AI requests or new instructor-help requests for everyone. An instructor can also restrict an individual assignment. These settings are independent: AI may be off while instructor help remains on, or the reverse. Ask your instructor about the assignment setting; a school administrator can check the school-wide settings under AI policy.
Turning off new AI or help requests does not erase earlier work or instructor feedback. Some repeatable formula checks may still be available without student AI coaching.
My portfolio or certificate is empty
First check the related assignment's status and feedback. A submitted assignment is not the same as approved evidence. A certificate appears only after the school has enabled and issued it. Ask your instructor or school administrator what your program requires.
A page says information is unavailable
Refresh once and reopen the record from your class or school navigation. Do not submit repeatedly or create another copy of your work. If the message remains, contact support with the school name, your role, the page title, and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, private formula contents, or student records in a support message unless support provides a secure way to share them.
