How Formuley Edu works

Formuley Edu connects the practical work in a formulation course. A student can start with a class brief, research ingredients, build or revise a formula, record observations, submit the work, receive instructor feedback, and carry approved evidence into a portfolio. The class and assignment keep those pieces together.

Your school decides what to teach, how to assess it, who may use each tool, and whether to issue credentials. Formuley provides the shared work and review record; it does not replace your instructors, curriculum, or learning management system.

Choose your starting point

• Student: Open Today to see what needs attention, then Classes for your assignments. Student Lab contains available practice and formulation tools. Portfolio shows eligible work and evidence.
• Instructor: Open Teaching for your review priorities, then Classes to manage assigned coursework. Use Review for submissions awaiting a decision.
• School administrator: Open Overview for program activity. Use People for students, instructors, and cohorts; Learning for classes and evidence; Insights for progress; and school Setup for branding, access, and policy.

If a menu is shorter than this list, your role or your school's settings may limit the tools available to you. That does not mean your coursework has been deleted.

Follow one project from start to finish

1. The instructor sets the task. A published assignment explains the goal, required work, deadline, and review expectations.
2. The student does the work. The assignment can connect a formula, ingredient decisions, process notes, test plans, and other evidence. The student may use available guided tools before submitting.
3. The student submits. Saving a draft formula is not the same as submitting an assignment. Submission sends the current work and notes for instructor review.
4. The instructor reviews. The instructor sees the submission, linked work, and revision history together. They may approve it or ask for changes.
5. The student revises if needed. A revision request keeps the earlier work and feedback available. The student updates the work and resubmits from the assignment.
6. Approved work can become evidence. Portfolio and credential steps depend on the school's settings and the instructor's or administrator's decisions. A saved formula or submitted assignment is not automatically an approved portfolio item or certificate.

What to expect in a class

A class can contain an instructor, assignments, announcements, shared work, and progress information. Some schools also enable a syllabus, curriculum path, laboratory notebook, competency evidence, or certificates. Use the assignment brief as the source for what your class requires; the presence of a tool does not make it a requirement.
