Compliance, INCI, and label release

Start with the product record

Open the formula record and confirm its ingredients, percentages, intended use, and version. Connect it to a product in Product Launch. That product is the place to follow testing, supplier and packaging evidence, claims, market checks, labels, batch work, and post-market records.

Follow the release path

1. Screen the formula. In Compliance, choose the target markets and run a check on the current formula version. A passing ingredient screen is one part of the release review. Warnings, missing context, and markets requiring human review still need action.
2. Prepare the ingredient declaration. In INCI, generate the format needed for the intended market. Confirm ingredient identity, ordering, and disclosure details against the current formula. A saved declaration from an older formula version is history and should be regenerated.
3. Review the product label. In Labels, confirm the product and batch details, declaration, claims, market requirements, and approval. A generated label is a draft until its approval and source version are current.
4. Check the complete release bundle. Return to Product Launch and review the product, SKU, formula version, and markets together. Complete testing, safety assessment, notifications, responsible-person or other market duties where applicable, batch evidence, and approvals before marking a product ready for release.
5. Keep watching after launch. Record quality issues and regulatory changes against the product so affected formulas and labels can be reviewed again.

Changing a formula, product, SKU, or target market can make earlier outputs historical. Recheck the affected steps before using those outputs for a release decision.

What the status means

Screened means the automated check found no configured blocker in its stated scope. Needs review means a person must resolve warnings, missing evidence, or market-specific duties. Release ready applies to the current, approved release bundle. Formuley organizes the work and evidence; qualified safety assessment and required filings remain part of the team's release process.
