Overview

After onboarding, Formuley routes you into the workspace that best matches your setup state.

The goal is not to learn every page. The goal is to know where to go next without hesitation.

The main surfaces

These are the important early destinations:

  • /launch-pad for guided first-run setup
  • /dashboard for your general operating view
  • /ingredients for the raw material library
  • /formulas for formula creation and versioning
  • /batches for batch logging and production records
  • /help and /docs for support versus setup guidance

When to use Launch Pad

Use Launch Pad when you still need help completing the first useful workflow:

  1. add raw materials
  2. create a formula
  3. record a batch

Launch Pad is about activation, not long-term daily operations.

When to use the main dashboard

Use the main dashboard once you are moving beyond first setup and want:

  • recent activity
  • alerts
  • shortcuts into key workflows
  • a broader operating view of the workspace

The dashboard is the place to orient yourself once data already exists.

Where to go for answers

Use the knowledge surfaces this way:

  • /docs for onboarding, setup, developer, and integration guidance
  • /help for support, troubleshooting, billing, and product how-tos

This split keeps setup guidance separate from support guidance.

Expected result

After reading this page, you should know:

  • which route to open next
  • when Launch Pad is useful
  • when the main dashboard is the better home
  • where Docs ends and Help Center begins

Need support instead?

Use the Help Center for troubleshooting, billing questions, account issues, and product guidance once your setup is already in motion.
