Navigate the dashboard
Use Launch Pad, dashboard summaries, alerts, quick actions, recent activity, and sidebar destinations to find the next Formuley workflow.
Overview
After onboarding, Formuley routes you into the surface that best matches your setup state. You do not need to learn every page at once. Use Launch Pad for the first useful workflow, then use the dashboard to monitor work that already exists.
Choose Launch Pad or Dashboard
/launch-padis the guided first-run path for adding a raw material, creating a formula, and logging a batch./dashboardis the broader operating view for activity, alerts, and shortcuts once your workspace has data.
Launch Pad is about activation. Dashboard is about orientation and ongoing work.
Read the dashboard from top to bottom
- Use the Period Selector to choose the reporting window shown in the summary.
- Read the KPI cards for revenue, gross profit, formula count, and raw material count when those data are available.
- Review Low Stock Alerts before scheduling work that depends on limited inventory.
- Review Cost Alerts when Profit Guardian identifies a material-cost or margin change.
- Use Quick Actions to create a formula, add a raw material, log a batch, import a recipe, or open guided setup destinations.
- Open Recent Batches to continue or review recent production records.
Cards and alerts reflect the data and features available to your account. A blank area can mean no matching records exist yet, not that the route is broken.
Use the Sidebar for the full workflow
The Sidebar groups the main destinations:
/formulasfor formula creation, structure, and versions/ingredientsfor user-owned raw materials, inventory, suppliers, costs, and identity/batchesfor production and batch evidence/shopping-listfor material demand/suppliers,/purchase-orders, and/invoicesfor eligible supply-chain workflows- compliance, labels, reports, calculators, integrations, and education surfaces when those features are available
Use /docs for setup, onboarding, developer, and integration guidance. Use /help for product how-tos, troubleshooting, account support, and billing guidance.
Expected result
After reading this page, you should know:
- whether Launch Pad or Dashboard is the useful starting point
- how the Period Selector affects KPI summaries
- where Low Stock Alerts, Cost Alerts, Quick Actions, and Recent Batches fit
- which Sidebar destination owns each major workflow
- when to use Docs versus the Help Center
